It’s time to wake up and drink! Everyone knows that Asheville is a town built for big meals, tables full of lively chatter, and day drinking, so why not combine all three? Come in your Sunday best or just drag that bed-head on into the supper table, we aren’t here to judge. Our cooks will be serving up 4 hefty courses of breakfast goodness to pair with Queen of Wines finest sparkling wines from small batch vineyards of France, and champagne cocktails by Dirty Spoon’s Jonathan Ammons using North Carolina’s Fair Game Beverage fruit Tippers.
The afternoon will kick off with some sparkling wine and Hors D’oeuvres before sliding into a leisurely family style brunch of four scratch made courses. Each course will be paired with fine sparkling wines from family owned vineyards imported by the Triangle’s Queen of Wines, as well as 3 hand-crafted sparkling wine cocktails using Fair Game’s fortified Apple, Peach, and Scuppernong wines — locally sourced fruit tippers, meant for mixed beverages. Each diner will be able to take home the recipes of each cocktail to recreate them for their own guests. Seating is limited to 45 seats, so make your reservation now!
We’re collaborating on a delicious Brunch with Champagne and Sparkling Wine pairings with Asheville Wine Market and Dirty Spoon. It’s going to be delicious! The Menu will be out soon! To reserve your spot, give Asheville Wine Market a call 828.253.0060!
It’s Summertime (officially)…. and you know what that means: The freshest salads and treats are here at 67 Biltmore in our Daily Case, on our Daily Breakfast and Lunch menu, in our Grab n’ Go Cooler (meals perfect for you to take home with you), and on our Catering Menu. The cooks here have been loving the veggies, fruit, meat, and dairy that has been coming into their kitchen and they’re very proud of their creations. We hope you like the results as well. If you’ve got any summer parties coming up, please let us know if you need help with your meals and party items, we’d love to help! Or stop by and sample a few of our great treats in the case. We’ve got you covered for your favorite healthy, creative meals. Check out what we’ve been working on:
T-Shirts are here! You may have seen our staff sporting them lately. We got them in around the New Year. We’ve got 3 color combinations for now. Let us know if you’d like to grab one. They are a very soft Canvas brand and we love them! $17.95 + tax
Signs of Spring are appearing everywhere. We’re looking forward to it. We’ve managed to get through the winter months and are excited about the business, including both the Eatery and all the Catering events planned for this year. If you’ve got an event that you’d like to talk with us about please don’t hesitate. We do both Onsite Events here in our space as well as Offsite Events. We’ve already booked a number of dates in our space and there are a few weekends that will be filling up for offsite events as well. Give us a call 828 252 1500.
We’ve worked up a revised Catering Menu for 2016. We invite you to look over it and check out our offerings. Not only do we serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner but we can also cater any of them. We try and update things in the Winter. When we can think back over the busier season to certain items and realize “I never liked making those damn things.” Or “Did anybody ever order those? Yeah I didn’t think so. Let’s ditch them.” But of course there are also moments of “I had the most delicious thing the other night, let’s figure out how we can do it too!” After all, it helps for us to be excited about it too!
We also had a Staff Brunch a few weeks ago on a warm sunny Sunday. Maybe one day we’ll be open on Sundays (we do Cater events but the Eatery is closed), but for now it’s the one day that we all know we’ll have to ourselves. And that really means a lot. This one day we decided to have fun together. We sampled a bag of Barkley’s Mill Heirloom Grits from Weaverville. We had Chilaquiles with Chorizo, Tortillas and a delicious Enchilada sauce, roasted Potatoes & Poblanos, Blueberry Coffee Cake, Coconut Marshmellow Treats and other tasty treats. Below are a few pics including the kids of 67!
First up, we have added a Page on our website to make it easier for customers to check out Daily Specials. We’ll update it every day with the Soups, Hot Lunch and a few features from the Deli Case. Of course things rotate and revolve all day, but we’ll do our best to keep the info current. You can visit the link here…http://67biltmore.com/specialsoftheday/
Also, NOW is the time to start booking any Weddings, Anniversaries, Family Reunions and such for the upcoming year. Believe it or not there are already a few weekends that are quite full. Please reach out to us if you have an important date you’d like to reserve. Call Emily, Kate or Lori at 828-252-1500.
Valentine’s Day is on the horizon. We’re working up a real nice menu for Saturday, the 13th. It’ll be something easy for you take home and reheat. Any requests?

We are working on the menu offerings now. If you have any requests or suggestions please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We all have a lot of experience with this meal and are very excited to continue this tradition. We’ll release the menu in the next few weeks and will be ready to start taking orders!
A word about Gift Certificates from Laurey’s Catering:
We have been trying to handle a number of inquiries regarding customers who have Laurey’s Catering Gift Certificates and want to redeem them at our business. Because of the path we had to take to get this company up and running, our business is a completely new entity and a new corporation. We have no legal association with Laurey’s Catering. While these are the cold facts, we do understand people’s eagerness to redeem coupons that they feel they are owed. We have been dealing with these issues as fairly as we can and on a case by case basis. Many people with outdated Certificates who had plenty of time to redeem them while Laurey’s was still in operation are not going to receive much help. We want to both satisfy customer requests while still putting our business in a position to succeed. Given that we are now approaching the 3 month mark for the opening of 67 Biltmore, we would like to put a time limit on these requests. We will accept inquiries from any outstanding Laurey’s Catering Gift Certificates until the end of August. This gives folks 2 more full weeks to get in touch with us. We would like to personally handle these inquiries, so please be sure to ask for Adam and/or Emily. We will do our best to respond to these requests in a timely manner. Thanks for understanding.
Obviously, we also have our own 67 Biltmore Downtown Eatery + Catering Gift Certificates that are available for purchase at the front. We are happy to mail them with personalized notes as well!
Most of you know that we try to honor Laurey Masterton in many ways. She was such a spirit of Joy for us and our community. During her last years of her illness she found a lot of support in the Livestrong Program at the YMCA. After her completion of the program she wanted to be more involved as she often did when she truly believed in something. Laurey wanted to help raise money to fund the training for instructors so more Livestrong classes could be offered. She also wanted to help raise money to help the folks on the Livestrong waiting list get into the program faster. You see, the Livestrong Program is free to participants and their families.
One of Laurey’s huge projects in the last years of her life was the JOYride. Sadly she was only able to witness and participate in the first year. With the help of the YMCA, Laurey’s legacy of the JOYride and raising money for this amazing program lives on. The 3rd annual JOYRide will take place on September 12. We know how much the program helped Laurey. She told us again and again. We know that this program gave her back her Joy after a hard and lengthy treatment. We are happy to continue to help the YMCA raise money for the Livestrong Program and we hope you will too.
As always, we love to hear from you. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected]
